Raw Fridge Fudge!

  • 1 cup raw cashew butter (or 1 1/2 cup raw cashews blended in food processor)
    • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa)
    • 1/4 cup coconut oil (or butter)
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    • 1 tsp arrowroot powder or tapioca flour
    • 2 tbs avocado (optional-I use this for a fluffy consistency)
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • Dash of cinnamon

Make sure everything is room temperature. Blend in food processor until smooth. Line 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, pour in mixture, set in fridge for 20 mins, then pour frosting of choice on top. (I used my Vegan Caramel Frosting recipe here.) Set 1-2hrs before serving.

Optional add-ins: Coconut flakes, walnuts, chocolate chips (1/2 cup each)
