Vegan Caramel Frosting

I love this frosting on my Raw Fridge Fudge!

1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk (chilled)
3 tbs coconut oil or palm shortening
2 tbs arrowroot powder (or starch substitute)
1/4 cup coconut sugar (this is the caramel flavor)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Chill canned coconut milk overnight. Do not shake or stir! Scoop just the cream top into food processor. Add additional ingredients and blend until smooth. Must be refrigerated.
